Having fun is a good way to take your learning seriously

When you hear a term like martial arts, you might imagine focused, serious adults, practicing some deadly techniques. How about an image of kids rolling around on the ground?

Russian Martial Art incorporates some principles of play-based learning. In fact, the whole training is designed by setting up game-like scenarios and letting students invent their solutions. Training is done at a slower speed for safety and to provide more opportunities to explore, discover and learn.

And sometimes it is simply a wonderful excuse to put everything aside and have fun with your kids. If you are hesitant and not sure what to expect - check out a video of the class first
